Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The wrong product has been delivered.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

Return Request Timeline

  • A return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests raised after 3 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • In cases of damage or wrong product delivery, we may request an unboxing video as proof.

  • The unboxing video should be continuous and clearly show the package being opened for the first time.

  • Absence of an unboxing video may result in rejection of the return request.

Return Approval & Process

  • All return requests are subject to verification by our quality team.

  • Once approved, further instructions regarding return shipping or replacement will be shared via email.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
